1. Shipping is strictly limited to addresses within Canada.
2. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Researched Supplements Canada assumes no liability for lost or missing shipments resulting from carrier error, inaccurate delivery information provided at checkout, transit damage, expired PO boxes, or theft following successful delivery.
3. We provide flat-rate shipping of $15.00 for orders under $99. All orders exceeding $99 qualify for complimentary nationwide shipping.
4. Orders are typically dispatched the following business day. We offer discretionary refunds (less shipping fees) within 30 days of purchase for unsatisfied customers.
5. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will be eligible for store credit only.

**Orders exceeding $200 CAD require a signature upon delivery. To waive this requirement, please specify in your order notes or contact us via email. By opting out of the signature requirement, the customer assumes full liability for the security of the parcel and any potential loss or theft.**
